Please review the information below regarding transfer fees, required documentation, applicable taxes, and California compliance requirements before placing your order.
Firearm Transfers
• Transfer fee: $100
• Customers must provide a copy of the invoice.
• All firearm transfers are subject to the 11% State Excise Tax and applicable sales tax.
Ammunition Transfers
• Customers must provide a copy of the invoice.
• All ammunition transfers are subject to the 11% State Excise Tax and applicable sales tax.
• Any taxes not collected by the seller will be collected at the time of transfer.
California Compliance
If a firearm arrives and is not California compliant, there will be an additional $100 compliance fee, plus the cost of any parts required to make the firearm California compliant.
All transfer fees, State Excise Tax, and applicable sales tax must be paid before the transfer can be completed.
